Temple Hotels Inc. announces voting results of the annual and special meeting of shareholders

WINNIPEG, June 30, 2015 /CNW/ – Temple Hotels Inc. (“Temple“) (TSX: TPH) announced the results of the votes held at its June 30, 2015 annual and special meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”).

The total number of common shares represented by shareholders present in person or by proxy at the Meeting was 10,901,493, representing 26.98% of Temple’s outstanding common shares.

Temple is pleased to announce that each of the nominee directors listed in the information circular dated May 14, 2015 (the “Circular”) was elected as a director of Temple. Proxies were tabulated as follows:

All other matters set out in the Circular were approved by a majority of the votes cast at the Meeting and, in the case of a special resolution, two thirds of the votes cast.

Management wishes to formally acknowledge and thank the retiring directors, Rosanne Hill Blaisdell, Rod Marlin and Doug Wells, for their valuable and dedicated service to Temple during their time as directors. Ms. Hill Blaisdell and Mr. Rod Marlin served as directors since 2006 and 2007, respectively, and provided excellent advice and guidance to Temple as did Mr. Wells during his three years of service on the Board.
