TORONTO, Dec. 15, 2015 /CNW/ – Paul Dalla Lana, Chief Executive Officer of NorthWest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (the “REIT”) (TSX: NWH.UN), announced today that he has indirectly acquired beneficial ownership of 516,761 additional trust units of the REIT since May 15, 2015 and sold 189,998 trust units of the REIT in support of previously made commitments to the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at The University of Toronto.
After giving effect to the acquisition and disposition of trust units described above, Paul Dalla Lana has increased his indirect beneficial ownership and control to 5,515,160 trust units and 18,998,065 special voting units, representing approximately 34.25% (up from 33.58% as at May 15, 2015) of the REIT’s issued and outstanding voting units.
