Jean Desmarais and Pierre Albert Jean have resigned from the Board of Directors of OneCap.
The Board of Directors of OneCap now consist of Messrs. Daniel Dorey, Pierre Setlakwe, Pierre Bonin and Jean-Guy Lambert.
