TORONTO and DALLAS, April 15, 2015 /CNW/ – Milestone Apartments Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: MST.UN) (“Milestone” or the “REIT”) will report its first quarter 2015 financial results after market close on Wednesday, May 6, 2015. Robert Landin, CEO, Steve Lamberti, COO, and Ryan Newberry, CFO, will host a conference call for the investment community the following day, Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. (ET).

April 2015 Distribution
Milestone has declared a cash distribution of C$0.05417 per REIT unit for the month of April, representing C$0.65 per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on May 15, 2015 to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2015.
Annual General Meeting
Milestone will host its 2014 Annual General Meeting on Thursday, May 7, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. (ET) at the offices of Goodmans LLP, which are located at 333 Bay Street, Suite 3400, in Toronto.
