TORONTO, June 29, 2016 /CNW/ – MCAN Mortgage Corporation (“MCAN”) (TSX:MKP) today announced that MCAP Corporation (“MCAP”) has withdrawn its previously announced initial public offering of common shares (“Common Shares”) at this time due to current adverse market conditions. In connection therewith, the previously announced secondary offering of Common Shares by MCAN and another shareholder of MCAP also has been cancelled at this time.
