CALGARY, Dec. 19, 2017 /CNW/ – Genesis Land Development Corp. (“Genesis”) (TSX: GDC), announces that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.25 per common share for a total of $10,813,180.25 payable to shareholders of record on December 27, 2017, which will be paid on January 5, 2018.
The ex-dividend date for the special dividend is December 22, 2017.
The special dividend is designated as an eligible dividend under the Income Tax Act (Canada)
