(“GDI” or the “Company”) (TSX: GDI) announced that its Chief Financial Officer Pierre Gagne will be leaving GDI to pursue another career opportunity in the private sector. Jocelyn Trottier, C.P.A. (C.A.), who served as GDI’s Chief Financial Officer from March 2009 until October 2012 and subsequently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kevlar Group Inc., until recently returning to GDI as Executive Vice President and President of GDI Services (Quebec) L.P., will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer until a suitable replacement can be found.
