DREAM OFFICE REIT (TSX:D.UN) (the “REIT“) today announced that it has filed and obtained receipts for a final base shelf prospectus. The final base shelf prospectus was filed with securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada. The final base shelf prospectus is valid for a 25-month period, during which time the REIT may offer and issue, from time to time, debt securities having an aggregate offering price of up to $2 billion. The specific terms of any offering of debt securities will be contained in a shelf prospectus supplement filed at the time of an offering.
Dream Office REIT also announced that it has filed an amended material change report in respect of the previously announced reorganization of the management structure of the REIT disclosing why it was reasonable to disclose the transaction following its completion.
