QUÃBEC CITY, May 15, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ – Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust (“Cominar” or the “REIT”) (TSX: CUF.UN) announced today the result of the annual meeting vote. Every trustee nominee listed in the Management Proxy Circular dated March 31st, 2019 was elected as Trustee of the REIT during the Annual General Meeting of the Unitholders held on May 15, 2019. The resolution to re-appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditors of the REIT for the ensuing year and authorizing the trustees to fix the remuneration to be paid to the auditors was approved by 96.57% of the votes.
The resolution to consider and, if thought advisable, to pass the non-binding advisory “say on pay” resolution on executive compensation, as more particularly set forth in the management proxy circular was approved by 94.71% of the votes.
