Management received the following proxies from holders of restricted voting shares in regard to the election of the four directors nominated for election by this shareholder class:

In addition, management received a proxy from the holder of the one outstanding special voting share for the appointment of Mr. Spencer Enright as the sole designated director appointed by this shareholder class.
Management also received proxies representing approximately 2,258,364 of the Corporation’s restricted voting shares and 3,327,667 votes related to the special voting share to ratify the appointment of the Company’s external auditors. These proxies instructed management to vote 98.8% of these votes in favour of the resolution to appoint Deloitte LLP as auditors and authorize the Directors to set their remuneration.
