(NASDAQ: BPR) announced today that its Board of Directors approved an increase in the company’s quarterly dividend on its Class A Stock, par value $0.01 per share, from $0.315 to $0.33 per share ($1.32 per share on an annual basis). Accordingly, the Board has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share payable on March 29, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 28, 2019.
