TORONTO, Dec. 19, 2017 /CNW/ – Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: APR.UN) (the “REIT”) today announced that it has replaced its existing $14.6 million revolving credit facility (“Facility 3”), maturing in October 2019, with a new $34.0 million credit facility (the “New Facility”) that matures in December 2022.
The New Facility, with a Canadian Schedule I chartered bank, consists of a $20.0 million non-revolving loan and a $14.0 million revolving credit facility, each bearing interest at the Bankers’ Acceptance rate plus 150 basis points or the Canadian prime rate plus 50 basis points, similar to the former Facility 3.
