TORONTO, Jan. 15, 2020 /CNW/ – Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: APR.UN) (the “REIT”) today announced a cash distribution of $0.067 per REIT unit for the month of January 2020, representing $0.80 per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on February 14, 2020 to unitholders of record as at January 31, 2020.
