Brookfield Residential Best for New Multi-Family Homebuyers

CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – April 22, 2015) – Calgarians have once again presented Brookfield Residential with the Professional Home Builders Institute (PHBI) New Homebuyers’ Choice award, continuing the company’s legacy as a customer favourite. The Calgary Multi-Family Division was given the New Home Buyers Choice for more than 150 home possessions for the second year in a row.

The New Homebuyers’ Choice Awards program is different than other industry awards because the result are based entirely on the voice of the customer through the New Home & Builder Review Program. The Professional Home Builders Institute (PHBI) is an approved Blue Seal education provider and the premium provider of quality education for the residential construction industry. Since 1987, PHBI has designed and delivered education that meets or exceeds the national benchmarks as established by the Canadian Home Builders Association.
