TORONTO, Jan. 14, 2016 /CNW/ – Scott Addison, President, Brokerage Services, Colliers International Canada announced today the appointment of Scott Chandler, a highly-respected Canadian commercial real estate industry executive, as Senior Vice President, Advisory and Investment Sales, based in Toronto.
With over 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate in Canada, Chandler most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cushman & Wakefield Ltd., Canada after previously leading its national Valuation and Advisory group.

Chandler’s real estate experience also includes his tenure at Scotia Capital where he led real property advisory and underwriting services, culminating in the team’s sale of Scotia Plaza at King & Bay streets in Toronto for $1.3 billion, the largest single-asset sale in Canadian commercial real estate history.

Chandler is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), where he previously sat on the board of the GTA chapter. He currently sits on the Real Estate and Housing Advisory Board for the University of Guelph. He graduated with a B.A. (Economics) with a Business Administration Minor from Wilfrid Laurier University (1987) and an M.A. (Economics) from the University of Toronto (1994).
