TORONTO, Dec. 02, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Allied Properties REIT (TSX:âAP.UNâ) announced today that its Trustees have (i) declared a distribution of $0.1375 per unit for the month of December, 2020, payable on January 15, 2021, to unitholders of record on December 31, 2020, and (ii) approved an increase in monthly cash distributions for 2021 to $0.1417 per unit ($1.70 per unit annualized).
