LITTLE ROCK, AR and TORONTO, July 23, 2018 /CNW/ – BSR Real Estate Investment Trust (the “REIT“) (TSX: HOM.U) today announced that it will release its 2018 second quarter financial results after market close on Monday, August 13, 2018.
The REIT completed its Initial Public Offering of units (the “IPO”) on May 18, 2018. Accordingly, the second quarter report is for the 44-day period from the date of closing to June 30, 2018 and the financial results will reflect the impact of the IPO on the REIT’s financial position, capitalization, results of operations and general and administrative expenses for that 44-day period. However, the REIT’s news release will contain key operating metrics highlighting the second quarter performance of the properties that were acquired by the REIT upon closing of the IPO.
